Hey Baller,

Our goal is to make sure you and your team have the best party at Ballerz. Please read through our booking and cancellation policy below, so you know the score when enquiring with us.

To ensure you have the best experience, please arrive at Ballerz 5 mins before your booking to register. Please understand that should you arrive late for your booking, it will eat into your playtime. 

Any team to arrive more than 15 minutes after the

booking time, will be an assumed no-show and the booking will be cancelled with no refund.

We understand that plans can change unexpectedly, and in that instant, we do ask for 2-weeks’ notice before kick-off. This way we can ensure another team doesn’t miss out on a party celebration.

Didn’t make the 2-week cut-off? Don’t worry. We are all on the same side here, so if you find you and your squad are unable to

make it, our team at Ballerz will do their best to re-schedule you're booking. But please know, there may be a slight penalty for late notice.

Think of it like a football manager signing a star, we may need a deposit to secure your booking. This deposit confirms your commitment and helps cover potential losses from cancellations.

 Deposits are non-refundable but may be able to be applied towards future bookings or re-scheduled events, ensuring you get to stay in the game. This is at the discretion of Ballerz

Management. 

As for refunds, well they generally aren’t part of the game plan. But like all good Refs, we will do our best to be fair and understanding should you encounter an extenuating circumstance that is beyond your control.

One last thing, it is your responsibility to make sure you and your parties parents/guardians have studied the play book (terms and conditions) and communicated the Ballerz rules to the little players, ahead of your game time.
